Noah was 600 yrs old when the Flood occured
(Genesis 7:6). He died at the age of 950. Those
350 yrs (Genesis 9:28) saw how they developed
from just 8 family members (2 Peter 2:5) into
Nations.
While Noah and his family were all saved by
water (1 Peter 3:20), even during his long
life-span, he witnessed again how his
families still ended up right back into evil,
gross perversions of the Truth.
For Noah, those 350 years represented a
deeply personal and internal reality about
the wickedness found within Man's heart.
He spent his first 600 years struggling with
the wicked generation under ideal climate
and perfectly balanced Nature.
After the Flood, Noah spent approx 37%
(nearly 1/3) of his long life-span struggling
against these perversions, all over again.
What endurance it must have been for Noah
to see the abuse rise up again in the many
tribes located thoughout the world.
