When I turned to chapter 9 of Revelation,
I read how these scorpions were directed
by their own king:
Rev 9:11
And they had a king over them, [which is]
the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name
in the Hebrew tongue [is] Abaddon, but in
the Greek tongue hath [his] name Apollyon.
Abaddon = G3 - ruin, destruction, destroyer
The Destroyer of Nations is Satan described
as the angel of the Bottomless Pit. The degree
of affliction, suffering, pain and death unleashed
on Mankind was not enough to cause any to
repent of their wickedness.
I believe this is the point when there will no
longer be any person who would repent after
such trials of adversity. This marks the end
of the LORD's harvest.
The evil angelic king over the bottomless pit
has already declared war against the holy
saints and Christian values/ministries.
