Awakens Sleep <==> Awakens Over Death

Jesus repeatedly shocked and awed His
followers. He needed to demonstrate His
Way of Revealing His Living-Waters so
as to give to them a glimmer into His
Rule, His Meanings, His Understanding,
His Divine Emmanuel, God-With-Us.

John 8:23    KJV
And he {Jesus} said unto them, 'Ye are
from beneath; I am from above: ye are
of this world; I am not of this world.'

He used concrete everyday events to bring
His Light through parable's analogies.
His spiritual landscape was designed to
overcome our blindness, our weaknesses
and our selfishness right where we live.

Mark 7:17     KJV
And when he {Jesus} was entered into the
house from the people, his disciples asked
him concerning the parable. [18] And he
saith unto them, 'Are ye so without (any)
understanding also? Do ye not perceive ...?'

I am facinated by their complete and utter
failures. Our LORD Jesus was also shocked
whenever He communicated deep symbolic
truths with profound implications and then
saw how no one really understood Him.

He was surrounded by both those who were
following as well as those who publically
ridiculed Him finding fault with everything.

John 11:11-12   NKJV
These things He said, and after that He
said to them, "Our friend Lazarus sleeps,
but I go that I may wake him up." [12] Then
His disciples said, "Lord, if he sleeps he will
get well." [13] However, Jesus spoke of his
death, but they thought that He was speaking
about taking rest in sleep." [14] Then Jesus
said to them plainly, "Lazarus is dead."

I can only imagine how Jesus waited for
the death, burial and emtombment four days
in the cave of His friend, Lazarus.

Both Mary and Martha believed but told
Him that if He had been there earlier, then
their brother would not have died. Jesus
was too late. Death's decay had begun to
cause the body to stink in the cave-tomb.

John 11:37    NKJV
And some of them said, "Could not this Man,
who opened the eyes of the blind, also have
kept this man from dying?"

No one would be able to offer the lie that
Lazarus was faking it to support the LORD.
Everyone knew that Lazarus was dead.
Lazarus was not hiding in the cave waiting
for the signal to come out. He did, however,
die by faith in the resurrection of the
righteous unto the LORD.

John 11:26    NKJV
"And whoever lives and believes in Me
shall never die. Do you believe this?"

Jesus provided to all those witnesses His
Heavenly Reality by coming against death
when He commanded a resurrection.

John 11:43-44    NKJV
Now when He had said these things, He
cried with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come
forth!" [44] And he who had died came
out bound hand and foot with grave
clothes, and his face was wrapped with
a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Loose him,
and let him go."

If our deaths are viewed by the LORD as
though we were just sleeping, then waking
us up to eternal life is simply a given result
of the LORD having overcome all sin and
death.

Again, our LORD awakens with His Word:

Mark 5:39-42    NKJV
When He came in, He said to them,
"Why make this commotion and weep?
The child is not dead, but sleeping."
[40] And they ridiculed Him. But when
He had put them all outside, He took
the father and the mother of the child,
and those who were with Him, and
entered where the child was lying.
[41] Then He took the child by the
hand, and said to her, "Talitha, cumi"
which is translated, "Little girl, I say
to you, arise." [42] Immediately the girl
arose and walked, for she was twelve
years of age. And they were overcome
with great amazement.

He holds all the Keys to the Kingdom of
God and nothing, not even our deaths,
will stop Him from raising us up to meet
Him in the clouds and then the air.

John 5:25   KJV
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is
coming, and now is, when the dead shall
hear the voice of the Son of God: and they
that hear shall live."

Disciples Faught Against Learned Behavior

Ok, here's the scene: Jesus sent His disciples
across the sea of Galilee ahead of Him. These
experienced fishermen were struggling with
the constant wind fighting against them as
they rowed across the water. Just because
Jesus gave them something to do that they
have done all their lives doesn't necessarily
mean it will be easy for them.

Now, along came Jesus, walking on the sea
and was about to pass them by, casual like.
He probably didn't wish to scare them.

When His disciples did see Him, they started
to cry out in fear as they were deeply troubled
seeing what to them seemed like a spirit
because no one was able to walk on water.

What was happening?

Everything in their life experiences had
taught them both the real danger as well
as the folly of going overboard in rough
winds.

Thankfully, only Jesus heard His disciples
totally fall apart screaming in fear on that
evening in their ship. I can guess it was a
primal screaming session for those guys.

Mark 6:51-52    KJV
And he {Jesus} went up unto them into
the ship; and the wind ceased: and they
were sore amazed in themselves beyond
measure, and wondered. [52] For they
considered not [the miracle] of the
loaves: for their heart was hardened.

His disciples had a hard-heart collectively
due to their lifetime of common sense that
played havok against this new revelation.
They could not get past trusting in their
proven knowledge as He violated even the
most basic rule number one: Stay in the
boat or drown.

Jesus expressed a different frame of reference
nobody really was capable of comprehending
on their own. No amount of personal miracles
prepared His disciples for His Heavenly
Reality that was made manifest in their
midst time after time again. They were
fighting against their learned behaviors.

Matthew 13:17
"For truly I say to you that many prophets
and righteous men desired to see what you
see, and did not see it, and to hear what
you hear, and did not hear it."

God = Process

As God has no beginning, and has no end,
then therefore God is defined by Process.

The Godhead dwelling in me bodily with
all authority and power creates in me a
new divine heavenly nature that is
process-driven, contingent upon my
keeping His Word.

Colosians 2:9-10  KJV
"For in him dwelleth all the
fulness of the Godhead bodily.
[10] And ye are complete in
him, which is the head of all
principality and power..."

The Godhead fulness requires my whole heart, my whole
living sacrifice upon the inner-man's altar with the spirit,
soul and body. This, then, therefore, is the acceptable
and reasonable service unto Him, who is worthy.

John 8:35, 42, 51   KJV
"And the servant abideth not in
the house for ever: [but] the Son
abideth ever. [42] Jesus said
unto them, If God were your
Father, ye would love me: for
I proceeded forth and came from
God; neither came I of myself,
but he sent me. [51] Verily,
verily, I say unto you, If a man
keep my saying, he shall never
see death."

In this manner, after His fashion, we behold
Him by faith, although we have never seen
Him face-to-face. Only in Him are the eyes
anointed with His presence can we see the
Kingdom of God.  This is our faith. The
vision before us is to fellowship in Him and
not just serve Him.

John 9:41    KJV
Jesus said unto them, If ye were
blind, ye should have no sin: but
now ye say, We see; therefore
your sin remaineth.

As we abide in His abode, as we sup
with Him and His Father in His Spirit,
then we have no sin. We therefore
have this assurance that as we obey
Him, He hears us, we commune as
One in the Godhead forever. Amen.

iPhone Can Lead To Addiction

Posted Comment at:
http://adammclane.com/2011/03/05/iphone-your-new-cigarettes/#comments

Quote attributed to; Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald:
“First you take a drink, then the drink takes a drink,
then the drink takes you.”

Paraphrased to iPhone:
“First you connect to iPhone, then iPhone connects
to the iPhone-apps, then the iPhone takes you.”

Quote attributed to: ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS,
The Big Book:
“For most normal folks, drinking means conviviality,
companionship and colorful imagination. It means
release from care, boredom and worry. It is joyous
intimacy with friends and a feeling that life is good.
But not so with us in those last days of heavy drinking.”

Paraphrased to iPhone:
“For most normal folks, iPhone means convivality,
companionship and colorful graphical interfaces. It
means release from care, boredom and worry. It is
joyous intimacy with friends and a feeling that life
is good. But not so with us in those last days of
heaving texting.”

The best definition I have heard as to what qualifies
as an addition: If you go through withdrawal with
behavior designed to get ‘it’ back, then you’re
an addict.

I would say: It’s our neediness combined with physical
hands-on wanting as front loaded into a psychological
force that attaches inherent values or meaningful levels
of importance into an object of desire.

Whether the meaninfulness is vague, vulgar or vivacious,
it stands beyond reason into the realm of self-identify such
that any less of this object translates into a diminshment
of our perceived selves.

Therefore, to remain mentally intact, we ‘n-e-e-d’ this
object in order to ___[fill-in-the-blank]___.

Void of Emptiness / Perversion of Godly Measurements

Last September 2010 I noticed how the word 'void'
as found in Isaiah.

Isaiah 34:11
"But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it;
the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he
shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and
the stones of emptiness [void = H922]."

I wondered what was meant by a stone of emptiness.
Turning to the Hebrew, I discovered how Strong's
H922 = Bohuw as defined by; emptiness, void, waste.
This H922 is listed in only 3 verses in the OT.

The first time is the well recognized verse in Genesis
Chapter One Verse Two: when the earth was without
form and void [H922].

The next verse showing this Hebrew word is found
in Isaiah 34:11 as quoted above.

The final verse is located in Jeremiah 4:23 as in:
"I beheld the earth and low [it was] without form and
void [H922] and the heavens and they [had] no light."

I readily understand both of the Genesis as well as
Jeremiah references. But, I had a hard time fitting
into context the Isaiah verse and it did not seem to
make sense.

Questions presented as: Who was stretching out
and what were the stones of emptiness or void?

So, I looked up all of the Hebrew words in the Isaiah
verse. There are eleven Hebrew words with a Strong's
definition. Since I am not able to read Hebrew as a
language, I wanted to piece together these various
words as if they were separate parts of a puzzle.

My, my, I said to myself, aren't we getting all
Amplified on it ... to say the least, eh?

Here then are the 11 words and their Hebrew
definitions:
(1) H6893 - CEREMONIALLY UNCLEAN BIRD(S)
 (possibly a pelican or cormorant)
(2) H7090 - SHRINKING ANIMAL(S)
(possibly a bittern, porcupine or hedgehog)
(3) H3423 - TO TAKE POSSESSION; TO SEIZE
(to destroy, bring to ruin, to dispossess, to take/inherit)
(4) H3244 - AN UNCLEAN ANIMAL
(possibly a great owl or eared owl)
(5) H6158 - BLACK COLOR BIRD(S)
 (possibly a raven or crow)
(6) H7931 - TO SETTLE DOWN;
 TO DWELL/ESTABLISH
(7) H5186 - TO STRETCH OUT;
 TO PERVERT/BEND; EXTEND
 (possibly coming down or descending)
(8) H6957 - A MEASURING CORD/LINE;
 DRAWN-FORTH RULING LINE
(possibly line upon line stretched out
 measuring a ruled line)
(9) H8414 - A FORMLESS or EMPTY
VOID OF WASTED {VANITY}
 Formlessness = nothingness, empty space,
 wasteland, wilderness, without form, confusion,
vain, vanity, unreality, place of chaos
(10) H68 - (ALL LARGE/SMALL) STONES
 (natural state, precious, worked, sacred,
stone-like objects; possibly a weight of the
balance from stones used for measuring
 the weights of all things)
(11) H922 - VOID or EMPTINESS
(possibly devoid and empty with its conclusion
 as a waste)

This then is my Amplified Word Phrase using
the Strong's definitions:

"Unclean birds, shrinking animals taking
possession (bringing to ruin); unclean owls,
black color ravens to settle down and establish
[their] dwelling places; Stretching out by
descending and extending drawn measuring
lines [into] a formless place of wasted vanity;
Bringing unreal chaos into the natural state
for all large and small stones into an empty
void."

Perhaps the verse in Isaiah is addressing the
whole concept of evil's perversions from the
original design of the LORD's genetics found
in the FIRST-ADAM.

The corruption of the Lines of Measurement is
done by those evil entities that descend on the
hearts and minds (i.e., heart of stone) to make
a nesting place where choas reigns.

Maybe it shows the descent of these creatures
to bend and pervert the ruled lines set forth by
the godly elect who were originally capable to
accurately measure all of the cords/paths of the
Heavenly Mazzaroth.

These unclean creatures were imitating the LORD
as they went about 'stretching-forth' their perversion.
I believe that's what happened to the generation
before the flood.

These evil entities, as characterized by unclean
animals, have wanted the children of ADAM to
worship them instead of worshipping the LORD.

Psalm 143:6
"I stretch forth my hands unto thee:
my soul [thirsteth] after thee, as a
thirsty land. Selah."

Instead of using 18-parts for a day/night according
to the Enochian calendar, these creatures confused
it with an 18-inch measurement for their unholy
ceremonial rites/rituals found in pagan worship.

Amos 8:5
"Saying: "When will the New Moon be past,
That we may sell grain? And the Sabbath,
That we may trade wheat? Making the
ephah small and the shekel large, Falsifying
the scales by deceit,"

This is how Darkness perverts holy and righteous
Truths. They are infestations of unclean things that
literally seize the measuring lines and twist it into
places of empty vanity. The result is confusion and
its conclusion is a waste. Truly it can be said, "All
Is Vanity."

I believe Jesus Christ used this example of stretching
forth as a sign of how His Heavenly Father wanted
to restore and make perfect all things:

Luke 6:10
"And looking round about upon them all, he [Jesus]
said unto the man, 'Stretch forth thy hand.' And he
did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other."

+++++
Our LAST-ADAM, Jesus Christ, is truly our Messiah,
Savior and LORD. We have hope to inherent His
Righteousness. Only in Him will we Journey via
Eternal Life where no part of death, sin, darkness,
or any such evil shall ever again twist, pervert or
bring ruination into our lives.

We know in part today, but one day, on that Great Day,
we will know Him as He knows us. Our freedom from
choas is drawing near, quickly, as in the days of Noah.

Biblical Ministry / TMF = Chet

what does The Marin Foundation
do for others? As I read the
BibleWheel.com website, from
a biblical perspective, TMF
is like the 8th Hebrew Letter
named, Chet.

See:
http://www.biblewheel.com/Wheel/Spokes/Chet_KW.asp

Chabash: Bind, Wrap, Turban
This KeyWord = chabash = H2280
embodies the general Chet theme.
It appears in many verses like:

Isaiah 61:1
"The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me;
because the LORD hath anointed me to
preach good tidings unto the meek; he
hath sent me to bind up the broken-
hearted, to proclaim liberty to the
captives, and the opening of the
prison to them that are bound;"

Finding Favor / Beyond Loyalty

Mark 14:27-31 KJV
"And Jesus saith unto them, 'All ye shall
be offended because of me this night: for
it is written, I will smite the shepherd,
and the sheep shall be scattered. [28] But
after that I am risen, I will go before you
into Galilee.' [29] But Peter said unto him,
'Although all shall be offended, yet [will]
not I.' [30] And Jesus saith unto him,
'Verily I say unto thee, That this day,
[even] in this night, before the cock crow
twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.' [31] But
he spake the more vehemently, 'If I should
die with thee, I will not deny thee in any
wise.' Likewise also said they all."

My take on this is two-fold. First, the
declaration by Peter that he would be the
exception to the 'all' that Jesus spoke
about really revealed how he saw himself
as invulnerable and therefore completely
above the others. Wasn't he the one who
received a direct word while on the mountain
of transfiguration? Wasn't he the one who
received the keys of binding and loosening
based on his revealed answer to Jesus?

I view this as one very priviledged desciple
who knew what it took to stand with his
LORD as a loyal friend. Nevertheless,
such love would become tested to the
extreme later that night. It would take
Greater Love than this form of loyalty.

Second, Peter saw himself as a unifying
role model with strong leadership. He knew
he needed to step-up to this challenge and
he was willing to volunteer himself for taking
charge. This dedication to taking the lead
would also be tested beyond his wildest
imagination that night as well.

Jesus asked His disciples to believe, not lead.

The LORD would send His Spirit who would
lead us into all truth and rememberances.

He asked them to receive, not just be loyal.

Jesus would be risen as the Good Shepherd.

Let us not deny His Leadership, His Calling
based on His Love to sustain us when we
are tested to the point of breaking apart.

Let us patiently endure the contradiction against our
faith in the LORD Jesus as this finds favor with God.

Eminent & Imminent / They Shall See

I was praying about the LORD's on His
Eminent & Imminent Return. I noticed
several verses that declare they shall
see Him in the CLOUDS.

Matthew 24:30
And then shall appear the sign of the
Son of man in heaven: and then shall
all the tribes of the earth mourn,
and they shall see the Son of man
coming in the clouds of heaven with
power and great glory.

Mark 13:26
And then shall they see the Son of man
coming in the clouds with great power
and glory.

Luke 21:27
And then shall they see the Son of man
coming in a cloud with power and great
glory.

Neighbors, Friends, Sheep - Oh My!

(1) Who did Jesus consider His friends?
   a) all the "wrong" groups = Matthew 11:19
   b) Judas Iscariot as he was betraying Him = Matthew 26:50
   c) followers/disciples = Luke 12:4 & John 15:14-15
   d) a disciple who died/slept = John 11:11

(2) Is there any difference between Friends
and Neighbors?
   a) Both Friends & Neighbors Rejoice In Hearing
   About Your Good-News
   Luke 15:6,9,29
   b) Neighbors are those who live near-by or are
   within your scope of proximity/near
   Luke 10:27, 29

(2) How did Jesus value His friends?
1 Corinthians 13:3
"If I give away all I have, and if I deliver
up my body to be burned, but have not love,
   I gain nothing."

Jesus did, in fact, give away all He had by
leaving Heaven to become Emmanuel as the Son
of God yet fully Son of Man. Jesus did deliver
up His body to be crucified for our sins.
However, it was the love in His heart towards
us that provided the proof that we were His
friends.

John 15:13
"Greater love hath no man than this, that a
man lay down his life for his friends."

John 10:11, 15
"I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd
giveth his life for the sheep. [15] As the
Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father:
and I lay down my life for the sheep."

Don't be fooled about the concept of 'laying-down'
your life for your friends. It's not about the end of
life event. It's about investing yourself in loving your
friends, your neighbors and those most opposite to
you ... *that last point is from Andy!
