Tongue = Fire

People ask, 'If God is such a loving
God, then how could God send people
to hell?'

The typical answer is generally offered
that hell was not created for people,
but for the Fallen Angels starting with
the Devil who is now called, Satan.

I have thought about the hell-fires
as it related to eternal damnation. It
became a harsh place indeed.

Recently, I connected the concept of
hell-fire with the teachings about our
tongue. Jesus taught His disciples about
the danger of hell-fire as coming from
the tongue.

Matthew 5:22    NKJV
"But I say to you that whoever
is angry with his brother without
a cause shall be in danger of the
judgment. And whoever says to his
brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger
of the council. But whoever says,
'You fool!' shall be in danger of
hell-fire.

Where, 'Raca!' has a biblical usage:
(1) empty, ie, senseless, empty-headed man
(2) a term of reproach used among the Jews
in the time of Christ
(3) Root work is of Aramaic origin

The Apostle James further explained the
power of the tongue.

James 3:5-6    KJV
Even so the tongue is a little member,
and boasteth great things. Behold, how
great a matter a little fire kindleth!
[v6] And the tongue [is] a fire, a
world of iniquity: so is the tongue
among our members, that it defileth
the whole body, and setteth on fire
the course of nature; and it is set
on fire of hell.

Humor Note: this is where the Kindle-Fire
was first mentioned in the bible.

However, this deeper insight from Apostle
James, the brother of Jesus, plainly stated
how the tongue = fire. He taught how the
tongue actually sets our future course.

Now, I see how God did NOT create hell
fire. His Creation was beautiful, perfect
and without error, fault, evil or any
place of hell fire. However, sin was
initially found in the angel Lucifer.

Ezekiel 28:15    ESV
You were blameless in your ways
from the day you were created,
[un-]till unrighteousness [sin]
was found in you.

Too bad Lucifer sinned and became such
a force of evil, boasting of his own
superiority.

Matthew 25:41    KJV
"Then shall he say also unto them
on the left hand, 'Depart from me,
ye cursed, into everlasting fire,
prepared for the devil and his angels:'"

I noticed the word 'prepared' as it's
listed in Strong's G2090 - Hetoimazo:
To make ready, prepare, necessary
preparations, get everything ready.

In other words, God did NOT create hell.
He watched how fallen angels along with
fallen humanity created the hell-fire
from their words, their tongues, their
unrighteous, wicked ways.

He took the hell-fires and prepared a place
for such as far away from His initial Creation
all the way to the End-of-Time. Why?

I believe He moved the sin consequences
of hell-fire as far away as possible all
the way to the End-of-Time in order to
provide Mankind as much time as possible
in which to turn towards Him by faith.

Luke 12:20-21    KJV
But God said unto him, [Thou] fool,
this night thy soul shall be required
of thee: then whose shall those things
be, which thou hast provided? [v21] So
[is] he that layeth up treasure for
himself, and is not rich toward God.

God created opportunities for us to have
until our last breathe to respond to Him.

Matthew 26:16    KJV
And from that time he [Judas] sought
opportunity to betray him.

Sadly, Judas Iscarat betrayed his Master
and started to have guilt of it afterwards
yet without turning to Him. Jesus went
through His whole life without any sin
or resentment against Judas.

Jesus did not create sin, did not minister
sinfulness to others and did not sin with
His tongue.

1 Peter 2:22    KJV
Who did no sin, neither was guile
found in his mouth.

John the Baptist spoke about the coming One:

Matthew 3:11    NASB
"As for me, I baptize you with water
for repentance, but He who is coming
after me is mightier than I, and I am
not fit to remove His sandals; He will
baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

This Coming One, Jesus Christ, baptizes
His followers with the the cleansing fire.

Luke 12:49    KJV
I [Jesus] am come to send fire on
the earth; and what will I, if it
be already kindled?

This verse can be broken down into Greek:

1) G2064 - Erchomai = to become established, known
2) G906 - Ballo = to pour out, cast into, to throw
3) G4442 - Pyr = fire, fiery (implied, to purify)
4) G1093 - Ge = earth, land, ground, world
5) G2532 - Kai = and, also, likewise, both
 (conjunction)
6) G5101 - Tis = who, whom, which, what
7) G2309 - Thelo = to have in mind, intend, to desire
8) G1487 - Ei = if, whether (conditional conjunction)
9) G381 - Anapto = to light up, kindle
10) G2235 - Ede = now, already, even now, by this time
11) G381 - Anapto = to light up, kindle

My Marin transliteration:
"Let it become established to pour out fire
[to purify, upon] the world also likewise to
[those] in whom [its] been kindled even if
[its] now kindled.

What does this mean? I believe that a part of
the ministry of Jesus in our world is to bring
His cleansing fire to purify our hearts and
minds, even for those who have also created
or kindled their own hell-fire. This shows
His mercy to reach out to all people regardless
of their current life course or journey.

1st Corinthians 1:10    NASB
Now I exhort you, brethren, by the name of
our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree
and that there be no divisions among you,
but that you be made complete in the same
mind and in the same judgment.

In conclusion: God did not create hell. He
moved it as far away from us as time permitted.
Our opportunity is to come to Him by faith.

This is our best and greatest chance to find
Him and escape the judgment, punishment and
hell-fire we created with our own mouths.

The Promise Of Uplifting Covenant

I have read and re-read the Old Testament
verse found in the 22nd chapter of Isaiah.
Here is the same verse listed in NASB and
KJV.
Isaiah 22:25   NASB
"In that day," declares the LORD of hosts,
"the peg driven in a firm place will give
way; it will even break off and fall, and
the load hanging on it will be cut off,
for the LORD has spoken."
or
Isaiah 22:25    KJV
In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall
the nail that is fastened in the sure place
be removed, and be cut down, and fall; and
the burden that [was] upon it shall be cut
off: for the LORD hath spoken [it].
I didn't expect to see a range of differences.
I realize that the Hebrew holy language is very
deep with subtle meanings. This verse has 14
different words with #3 and #14 are the same
one used for Jehovah.
#) Strong's - Hebrew = Definition
01) H3117 - yowm = day, time period, year, lifetime, today
02) H5002 - neum = utterance, declaration, revelation
03) H3068 - Yehovah =
04) H6635 - tsaba = army, host, war, warfare, host, service
05) H3489 - yathed = pin, stake, (tent-)peg, nail
06) H8628 - taqa = to blow, clap, stike, blast, drive, smite
07) H539 - aman = to trust, believe, support, confirm, uphold
08) H4725 - maqowm = standing place, abode/home, habitation
09) H4185 - muwsh = to depart, to remove, to yield, give way
10) H1438 - gada = to cut, cut down, cut off, to prune
11) H5307 - naphal = to fall, lie prostrate, to overthrow
12) H4853 - massa = burden, bearing, carrying, load, uplifting
13) H3772 - karath = cut or make a covenant, to cut off/down
14) H3068 - Yehovah =
15) H3068 - dabar = to speak, to promise, declare, command, utter

My Marin transliteration:
Today's revelation [from] YHVH [of the] host: To drive
[the] nail(s) upholding [the] believing place; to remove,
to cut off, to overthrow [the] burden bearing load [in]
making an uplifting covenant, promises [the] YHVH.
This verse speaks directly to the Cross where the uplifting
covenant was created first by promise, then by His Son.
